Iteris Leases Office Space at Freeway Corporate Park in Santa Ana for Corporate HQ
ANAHEIM, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 13, 2007--Iteris, Inc., a leader in machine vision technologies and Intelligent Transportation Systems that optimize traffic flow and enhance driver safety and Grubb & Ellis Company (NYSE: GBE), one of the leading providers of integrated real estate services, today announced that Iteris, Inc. has leased 52,116 square feet of office space at Freeway Corporate Park in Santa Ana, California for its corporate headquarters. Terms of the seven-year lease were not disclosed.

Freeway Corporate Park, which is owned and managed by Irvine-based Crown Realty & Development Corporation, is being marketed for lease by Robert Caudill, Matt Didier and Travis Beardslee of Grubb & Ellis. The project is comprised of two 2-story office buildings totaling approximately 130,000 square feet.

Iteris is slated to occupy its new space at 1700 E. Carnegie Avenue in September 2007. The company will be relocating from Anaheim. With the signing of Iteris, the 78,964-square-foot building is now 100 percent leased, according to Caudill. Iteris was represented in the transaction by Rick Sherburne, Alex Hayden and Travis Boyd of Cushman & Wakefield. "We toured and negotiated with several other building owners before selecting the 1700 E. Carnegie building. Crown Realty really listened to our client's unique objectives and responded with solutions that helped make the deal come together. The other building in the project, a 52,800-square-foot building at 2501 Pullman Ave. offering freeway frontage sign rights, will be available for lease in January 2008, Caudill noted.
