Multi-year Initiatives will Improve Traffic Management, Safety and Mobility Across the Midwest

SANTA ANA, Calif. – January 29, 2019 – Iteris, Inc. (NASDAQ: ITI), the global leader in applied informatics for transportation and agriculture, today announced that it has expanded its Midwest operations to service the needs of a larger client base in the region. As part of this expansion, Iteris has opened an office in the Chicagoland area.
The multi-year programs, representing a combined increase in added backlog of over $1 million, include the expansion of traffic signal system management services provided to the City of Omaha, the deployment of Iteris’ Intersection as a Service™ platform to the Kane County Department of Transportation, and the deployment of a mobile workzone connected vehicle application for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
