Joe Bergera is president and CEO of Iteris, having joined the company in September 2015. With over 20 years of leadership experience in several technology companies, Joe is an industry veteran with particular expertise in the use of technology to solve complex problems in global vertical markets. At Iteris, Joe is an advocate for the application of advanced analytics to create better communities with safer roads and smarter farms. Previously, Joe served as group vice president, software of Roper Technologies, Inc. (formerly Roper Industries) and president of iTradeNetwork, a Roper subsidiary. Prior to Roper, Joe held positions as executive vice president at CCH Wolters Kluwer and at Sage Software. Joe earned a B.A. degree in Government from Colby College, an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and an A.M. in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Doug Groves is senior vice president and chief financial officer at Iteris, having joined the company in December 2019. Doug has more than 30 years of unique and highly valuable experience. Most recently, he served as vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Ducommun, Inc., having joined the company in January 2013. Through December 2012, he held the position of corporate vice president and chief information officer at Beckman Coulter, following a series of financial roles at the company beginning in January 1998. Beckman Coulter was acquired by Danaher Corporation in February 2011. Prior to joining Beckman Coulter, Doug was corporate controller of a privately held civil engineering firm and senior auditor and consultant at Deloitte & Touche. Doug earned an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California and a B.S. degree in Accountancy from California State University at Long Beach.
Chief Marketing Officer
Joe Boissy is chief marketing officer at Iteris, having joined the company in January 2017. With over 20 years of senior-level strategic marketing experience, growing public and private tech companies in Silicon Valley, Joe has particular expertise in taking leading products to market in several fields, including business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and advanced data and video analytics. Recently named the “Smart City CMO” by Forbes, Joe is a key proponent of collaboration and communication at Iteris, and advocates for a combination of customer-centered problem solving, creative storytelling and analytics in a mix of marketing art and science. Previously, Joe lead various hi-tech marketing organizations at ILOG, IBM, Vendavo and SunGard. Joe earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, and an M.S. degree in Computer Science and Data Analytics from the University of Paris.
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Roadway Sensors
Todd Kreter is senior vice president and general manager, Roadway Sensors at Iteris, having joined the company in November 2007. With over a decade of experience working on the vanguard of mobility-focused technology, and as many years dedicated to enterprise data management, Todd is a technology futurist with particular expertise solving complex problems at the intersection of business and technology. At Iteris, Todd is an advocate for multimodal detection, connected vehicles and smart communities, and has co-developed more than 10 patents. Previously, Todd served in executive positions at Quantum Corporation, most recently as vice president, global services. Todd earned a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.
Ramin Massoumi, PE
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Transportation Systems
Ramin Massoumi is senior vice president and general manager, Transportation Systems at Iteris. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Ramin is a key proponent of using a platform-based approach to solve mobility challenges in the intelligent transportation systems (ITS) industry, with a particular passion for driving data-focused solutions. At Iteris, Ramin is an advocate for bringing the best people together in pursuit of comprehensive strategies to achieve his vision for safer and more efficient mobility. Ramin currently serves on the Intelligent Transportation Society of America’s National and California State Chapter Boards of Directors and is a lecturer of upper-division courses on transportation engineering, ITS and multimodal operations at the University of California at Irvine. Ramin earned a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine, an M.S. degree in Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Jeff McDermott is senior vice president, Human Resources at Iteris, having joined the company in July 2017. With over 20 years of senior-level, strategic HR experience in the technology, healthcare and education sectors, Jeff is an executive advisor and business partnership champion with particular expertise in strategy, internal communications and business process re-engineering. At Iteris, Jeff is an advocate for attracting, developing and retaining the best talent to create a healthy, scalable organization that will help achieve the company’s strategic goals. Previously, Jeff served as principal of McDermott Talent Advisors. Prior to starting his own consulting practice, Jeff was vice president of HR at Pacific Dental Services, assistant vice president, talent acquisition at Corinthian Colleges and senior partner at McCormack & Farrow. Jeff earned a B.S. degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University.
Vice President and General Manager, Agriculture and Weather Analytics
Pierre-André “P-A” Rebeyrat is vice president and general manager, Agriculture and Weather Analytics at Iteris, having joined the company in September 2018 as vice president, product management. With almost 20 years of experience working on the forefront of digital agriculture and precision farm management, P-A has particular expertise in applying innovations in weather, soil and crop modeling to the agricultural challenges facing today’s farming communities. At Iteris, P-A is an advocate for the use of environmental intelligence to help make farms and agribusinesses more sustainable and productive, and ultimately feed the world. Previously, P-A served in strategic positions at Trimble, most recently as strategic marketing director, as well as key roles in marketing, product management, strategic planning and business development at John Deere. P-A earned a B.B.A. degree in marketing from Temple University. He also holds an M.B.A. degree in marketing, finance and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management, as well as an M.E.M. degree from the McCormick School of Engineering, both at Northwestern University.
