Moderate Changes

Moderate changes have a medium impact on the National ITS Architecture definition or the way the National ITS Architecture is accessed and used. Moderate changes to the architecture definition include those that create or delete one or more architecture flows, those that change a terminator name, or changes that substantially impact the definition of existing service packages. While not as substantial as "major" changes, moderate changes can still have a significant impact on existing regional ITS architectures and tools and should be familiar to those that develop or maintain these products.
