5.4.6–Process CV Violations (Pspec*)
This process shall manage the details of violations committed by commercial vehicles, their drivers and/or operators, reported by the Manage Commercial Vehicles function. The process shall use the parameters in the store of commercial vehicle violation (enforcement) data to obtain the vehicle registration data from the appropriate office, before sending all of the received data to the correct enforcement agency. This process shall also maintain the commercial vehicle violation (enforcement) data store.This Pspec is associated with the Commercial Vehicle Administration Subsystem*.
