Other MCV (Terminator*)

This terminator represents another ITS Maintenance and Construction Vehicle Subsystem. It provides a source and destination for ITS information transfers between maintenance and construction vehicles. These information
transfers allow vehicle operational status, environmental information, and
work zone intrusion warnings or alarms to be shared between vehicles.
