vehicle_env_probe_data_for_isp (Data Flow*)

This data flow consists of environmental probe data collected at the roadside for further processing by the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to determine environmental conditions. For each vehicle, the data includes unique vehicle identifiers, measured air temperature, exterior light status, wiper status, sun sensor status, rain sensor status, traction control status, ALB status, and other collected vehicle system status and sensor information. Both current data and snapshots of recent events (e.g., traction control or anti-lock brake system activations) may be reported. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: list_size + station_id + list_size {vehicle_env_probe_data}
