vehicle_emergency_information_request (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Provide Remote Traveler Services function and contains a request for evacuation information, incident traffic impact, and other emergency information by a traveler in a vehicle. This request will also be used to sort and filter the data. It consists of the following item which is defined in its own DDE: vehicle_location + emergency_information_request
