undefined_incident_response (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains details of an incident for which no defined response can be determined. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: incident_confidence_level + incident_location + incident_severity + incident_start_time + incident_type
