traveler_personal_transportation_system_status (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used to communicate the general status of the transportation system to a traveler using a personal device. The data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in their own DDE: disaster_transportation_system_status + evacuation_transportation_system_status
