To_Parking_Operator (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used by the Manage Traffic function to send data to a parking lot operator with instructions to change the operational state of the parking lot, e.g. close the lot. It consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE: tpo-change_lot_state + tpo-archive_status + tpo-parking_lot_charge_change_request + tpo-parking_lot_status + tpo-request_advanced_parking_payment + tpo-transaction_reports
