transit_emergency_response_plan_from_personnel (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used by personnel in the Emergency Operations Center to coordinate disaster response and recovery plans with transit. It contains the response from transit system operator personnel regarding the modified response and recovery plan and evacuation plan.
