safety_data_for_fleet_mgmt (Data Flow*)

This data flow contains data about vehicle safety, including the status of the driver in terms of their ability to control the vehicle, and the status of the vehicle, in terms of its continued ability to operate in a safe manner. It consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE: safety_data_for_mcv + vehicle_id_for_mcv + date + time
