roadside_conditions (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains information about local road and highway conditions, i.e. snow, ice, rain, fog, other forms of precipitation (earth, sand, petroleum, chemicals, etc.), flooding. The data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: link_list + 1{link_conditions}list_size
