This data flow contains environmental and road weather information that has been formatted for distribution to the provide driver and traveler services function. The data may be filtered or aggregated prior to this formatting. The data that is used to create the data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: road_conditions + road_weather_conditions
