ramp_data (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains data which is used to control access to freeways etc. from ramps. It consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE: ramp_list + 1{vehicle_speed + vehicle_headway + vehicle_occupancy + private_vehicle_occupants}list_size
