This data flow is sent from the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to the Manage Transit function to action a trip request using the paratransit operation. It contains the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: traveler_identity + origin + destination + departure_time + desired_arrival_time + preferences + paratransit_constraints
