This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function and contains the state of response to control data of indicators on the freeways in the geographic and/or jurisdictional area(s) served by the function. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: list_size + list_size{indicator_data + indicator_type}
