m_and_c_plan_feedback_from_traffic (Data Flow*)

This data flow is sent from the Manage Traffic function to the Manage Maintenance and Construction function. It contains comments and suggested changes to proposed maintenance and construction work plan schedules and activities. This information will be used to influence the work schedule to minimize impact to other system operations and the transportation system. The data flow consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE: m_and_c_plan_feedback
