lighting_system_activation_request_from_operator (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function to request activation of an electrical lighting system by traffic operations personnel. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: list_size + list_size{station_id + device_identity + lighting_system_control_request}
