hov_sensor_status (Data Flow*)

This data flow provides the operational status (state of the device, configuration, and fault data) of an HOV sensor for the Manage Traffic function. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: station_id + sensor_identity + sensor_device_status
