f_other_rw_ic_fault_to_ic (Data Flow*)

This data flow is sent from another roadside device and contains fault data for a traffic signal controller. It is used for coordination between peer roadside devices or for information transfer between devices functioning in a hierarchical arrangement. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: list_size{station_id + device_identity + roadside_device_fault}
