dynamic_lane_status_to_operator (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic function to report to the traffic operations personnel the status of Dynamic Lane Management and Shoulder Use systems operating at the roadside in the geographic and/or jurisdictional area(s) served by the function. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: lane_management_status + shoulder_management_status
