fomcv-vehicle_operational_data (Data Flow*)

This data flow is received from other vehicles to the Manage Maintenance and Construction function and contains information about the maintenance and construction activity performed by the vehicle. Operational data includes the operational state of the maintenance equipment (e.g., blade up/down, spreader pattern) and a record of the actual work performed. It is used to coordinate efforts between maintenance and construction vehicles. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: vehicle_id_for_mcv + operational_data_for_mcv
