fets-incident_information (Data Flow*)

This data flow contains information about an incident as reported by a caller or caller device. Thought specific data items are defined, in many cases the information will be a verbal report with various inaccuracies and omissions. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: incident_location + incident_description + incident_severity + incident_type
