evacuation_plan_coordination_to_traffic (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used to coordinate evacuation plans with traffic management. It contains information regarding the nature of the disaster or incident that has required an evacuation, and the preplanned evacuation plan for traffic. Given this information, traffic can than update and provide a plan that it will use to support the evacuation. The data flow consists of the following data items which are defined in their own DDE: emergency_evacuation_data + traffic_preplanned_evacuation_plan + evacuation_status_report + evacuation_transportation_system_status
