environmental_sensor_status_for_archive_manager (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used to collect operational status (state of the device, configuration, and fault data) of environmental sensors from the roadside. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: list_size{station_id + sensor_identity + sensor_device_status}
