This data flow is used within the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to carry data about an emergency situation that applies to a driver and his vehicle. It contains the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: vehicle_identity + vehicle_location_for_emergencies + vehicle_status_details + driver_information + call_back_information
