approaching_train_data (Data Flow*)

This data flow represents information derived by wayside equipment from on-board train equipment. This information is to alert the HRI that the train is approaching. This data is made available sufficiently early that a train can still be safely stopped if the HRI is unsafe. train_alert + train_direction + train_id + train_dynamics
