advanced_other_charges_request (Data Flow*)

This data flow is used within the Provide Electronic Payment Services function to request that a parking lot charge be paid for in advance by either a driver who is paying a toll or a traveler (including a user of the transit system) who is paying a transit fare. It consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: credit_identity + parking_lot_identity + parking_space_details + stored_credit + vehicle_identity
