Description	Scope
In CVRIA 2.1, minor updates were made to the underlying Functional view to better align with the Physical view objects and information flows to support the Response, Emergency, Staging, and Communications, Uniform Management, and Evacuation (R.E.S.C.U.M.E.) program. In particular, the Data Dictionary Entries (DDEs) cvo_hazmat_spill_data_for_personnel and cvo_hazmat_spill_data were edited to include hazmat_load_data in support of automated crash notification.
