Update connectivity between Enterprise and Physical

Description	Scope
In CVRIA 2.1, hyperliinks are now provided between the Enterprise Object Resources and the Physical Objects and Application Objects. This will allow users to be able to traverse and see the relationship between the views but also allow developers/maintainers to verify the views are complete and consistent.	Major
