The communications view for CVRIA has been updated to be more in line with the other connected vehicle, aka cooperative ITS, activities. These adjustments will allow stakeholders that are currently working to define standards in both the US and Europe to see how each layer fits together and relates to other architectures, specifically the Open System Interconnect (OSI) stack and the ITS-Station architecture. The communications view description pages have been updated, including the example shows the use of something beyond DSRC.
